What is your current processing time for orders?

Our current processing time for orders is shown at the top of our website. You can find more details regarding order processing times here.

 

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Of course! We love creating Custom Orders for you guys to add that special touch. Processing times for custom orders are between 7-14 business days. Please use our Contact Us Page to let us know what you'd like us to create for you.

 

Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind or lost packages under untracked postage. If the unfortunate does occur and your order has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us we can discuss a solution that works for both parties. You can use our Contact Form to get in touch with us. Please understand this as we are a small business trying to provide the best service possible. Refunds and returns are not supplied after 60 days. Please keep in mind if a refund is issued it will be minus the transaction fees and shipping fee cost. All return postage costs are the customers responsibility.

 

1. Package up your order and purchase a label at the post office addressed too: 31 Sellick drive Croydon Victoria 3136.

2. Once I’ve received the parcel and if all is in good condition I will transfer the refund of the order minus shipping costs and transfer fees.

3. I’ll send you an email regarding the refund being issued and it should land in your account in 1-5 business days.
