FAQ & Shipping
All orders are shipped with Australia Post & SENDLE and a tracking number is issued if paid for registered tracked shipping via email. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.
Please be aware there is always a risk with untracked postage and you will not receive a tracking number. We are not liable if the item is lost and we cant track it either.
Untracked - $4AUD
Standard - $6.95-9AUD
Express - $12AUD
Customers are responsible for any custom charges or taxes issued by their country.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 5-14 business days of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Croydon, VIC 3136.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, we can easily change your address.
If you have received your shipment email, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.
We do not accept returns, so we suggest that you begin with visiting your closest stockist to see how the products look and feel before purchasing online.
If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
we don't offer refunds for items that are lost or change of mind this includes canceling orders. We do offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged, broken or not what they ordered.
