FAQ & Shipping
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued if paid for registered tracked shipping via email. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.

Customers are responsible for any custom charges or taxes issued by their country.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 72 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Croydon, VIC 3136.

How do I track my delivery?

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, we can easily change your address.
If you have received your shipment email, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.
We do not accept returns, so we suggest that you begin with visting your closest stockist to see how the products look and feel before purchasing online.
Refunds - If you have not been issued a shipping confirmation email, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.
If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.
